I have a 2002 Ford Taurus ses with 225,000 miles. One day when I was driving the car down the road the front window got this perfect round crack it the window then almost shattered. I did not replace it yet to see about a recall.
The contact owns a 2007 Ford Taurus. While driving 45 mph, the contact ran a stop sign. He stated that he did not see the sign and received a ticket from the police. The contact stated that the stop sign is approximately seven feet high and his headlights do not illuminate that high. When the police stopped him he realized that there was a stop sign. He believes this is a safety hazard because a crash could occur from not being able to see the sign. The VIN was unknown. There had been no failure to date.
