The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer where it was diagnosed that the engine cylinder head failed. The contact stated that oil penetrated the cylinder head, spark plug tube, and timing chain, which caused the engine to fail. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified.
