1 Diesel Engine problem of the 2017 Honda CR-V

Tl the contact owns a 2017 Honda Cr-v. While driving between 40-45 mph up a small hill, the vehicle lost power and failed to move. The contact also stated that the vehicle rode roughly and sounded as if it had a diesel engine. The contact drove the vehicle home. When the oil was checked with the dipstick, it was over the orange indicator line onto the metal and there was an odor of fuel. The contact called dch Honda of temecula (located at 26755 ynez rd, temecula, CA 92591, (951) 268-9197) and was advised to have the vehicle towed to their facility. The dealer was unable to detect the presence of fuel in the oil. The contact stated that when she purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago, the dealer changed the oil. The contact stated that the vehicle had been at the dealer almost two weeks and was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that they would speak with the dealer. If the failure recurred, the contact was instructed to take the vehicle back to the dealer. The approximate failure mileage was 5,000.
