The contact owns a 2000 Honda Cr-v equipped with firestone affinity touring tires, size p205/70r15 95s. While driving various speeds over 30 mph, the vehicle would pull to the right, wobbled, shook, and vibrated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the failures were caused by a bubble located on the outer edge of the front driver's side tire. The manufacturer and dealer (affordable tires in acton, CA) were notified of the failure. The VIN was unknown. The tire failure mileage was 20,000 and the vehicle failure mileage was 230,000.
