2005 Honda transmission is failing at 60k miles. Some motor mounts were ruined from the shaking and needed to be replaced. The front axle has damage from the shaking as well. And I still need to replace the transmission. The gearing gets stuck shifting around 45 mph, it groans and shakes the car before finally shifting down a gear.
Transmission problem, vehicle shuddering in between gear changes. 2005 Honda Odyssey, 58,000 miles. Needs a new transmission per repair shop and dealer. Appears there are numerous complaints on Honda transmissions from 2000 to 2010 Honda Odysseys. Will cost approximately $4800 to replace. No recall to date yet numerous complaints on the net.
Vehicle vibrates while driving at low speed and engine rpm.
Car starts to vibrate when speed reaches approximately 65 mph. Engine light on but no other obvious mechanical problems. Dealer said need new transmission.
