The contact owns a 2004 Honda Pilot. After shifting the vehicle into neutral gear the contact noticed that he could turn the vehicle off and remove the key from the ignition which caused the vehicle to travel backwards crashing into a nearby parked vehicle. No one was injured. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The current and failure mileages were 84000.
