Ignition Switch Problems of Infiniti G35

The ac and radio controls basically none of the dashboard controls are working including defroster which is big safety hazard and as per Infiniti dealership its a radio and circuitboard issues. After looking at internet I have found that there was a recall campaign (voluntary service campaign 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan; audio finisher circuit board) for this issues -> itb03-007b service campaign -> issue description listed below available on the internet. But Infiniti dealer is not accepting any recall on this ground and they are asking for 1300+ bucks to fix this issue. Can someone please help as I can live without ac and climate controls but not without defroster. Also its a trouble that ac auto turns on at full blown speed which cause too much cold in winter and its a health risk for myself and family including 2 kids. Description from internet - on some model year 2003 G35 sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a voluntary service campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles. Use Infiniti net to confirm if a specific vehicle is affected by this service campaign (p3104).

Electrical problem: the dash lights, radio, air conditioner, defrost, and heat go out 1-2 times a day. When this happens, I have no interior lights to read odometer, etc. And cannot defrost windows. I contacted dealer who said it was the radio causing problem at a cost of $1200+. Contacted out-of-state dealer who said it was ignition switch. Dealer said they can't diagnose problem correctly unless it is failing at the time. Internet forum shows many people with this problem.

The intelligent key offered with the new technology package is not built to withstand normal use. My unit completely died with 48 hours of owning the vehicle, leaving me stranded and missing mother's day lunch. Infiniti has acknowledged conflicts with the key and mobile phones, however a recall needs to be enacted.
