Engine Grinding Noise problems of the 2015 Jeep Cherokee

The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that the vehicle jerked while driving. The contact mentioned that the failure occurred mostly while driving at low speeds or when coming to a stop. No warning light was illuminated. The contact mentioned that the technician replaced the transmission valve plug before the engine was replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the repair did not correct the failure. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and was diagnosed that the suspension and transmission fluid needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired.
