My car began shuddering, the deal of driving a boat almost, feeling like the transmission is in a lower gear but not as rough. The dealer preformed recall repair fsa 14m02tsb 16-0129 today in denton. I drove home the 35 mi. And, although improved still felt the same. My boyfriend researched other bulletins and recalls. Then jacked the car up and saw a leak relating to 14m01tsb. I called but was told since I have 127798 mi and it has been more than 10 hrs, this no longer applies. There was no warning or coded related to these issues and I feel that these 2 issues are related to each other and 1401tsb should be extended to accommodate customers who have this issue but weren't aware as diagnostics do not show there is a problem and the leak is not severe enough to notice driveway spots. The only code of my car is an oxygen sensor code that showed up after the dealer repair today. I have seen many people who has this exact same issue therefore it is an ongoing problem that Jeep manufacturers are fully aware of. I request that the previous 14m01 be extended to cover all parts, repairs and labor related to this issues for these vehicle owners. I am just outside the coverage of this bulletin and had my boyfriend not jacked up the vehicle and checked himself after researching the bulletins, we would still be unaware of the actual problem. I, and other owners need the problems address in bulletin 14m01 remedied by warranty extension or other satisfactory means to cover a problem that the manufacturer is fully aware of.

The display/electronic system appeared to be hijacked during my commute to work. The hacker began by changing the radio from sirius xm to an am station, then began changing settings (climate control of seats), viewed connected devices (usb, media etc. ), then switched to view the rear view camera, viewed the compass, viewed phone settings and dialed the last number dialed from my phone. The hacker kept going back to settings, rear view camera, radio and climate control. This all happened in a short amount of time and continued even after I had stopped the vehicle and turned my cell phone off. I left my phone off until I arrived at work and the hacker was still messing with settings and radio. I turned the vehicle off and opened the door to drop the display and all electronic auxiliary power.

When changing a flat tire according to the directions in the owner's manual, and on a flat surface and using the jack that was included in the vehicle. . . After jacking the car up to the appropriate height to change the tire, the jack failed and the car fell. The jack was tweaked out of shape. Luckily no one was injured but the jack is no longer usuable.

I purchased a new 2018 Grand Cherokee trailhawk edition last fall that was factory equipped with "rock rails". I have discovered that the factory specified jacking location "pinch points" are obscured by the rails and no longer accessible using the supplied jack. There are "cutouts" in the rails but they are not large enough to allow access to the jacking location points. I had the first service performed at the dealership and showed them the problem. They also could not locate a safe jacking location using the factory supplied tools. It is potentially very dangerous to attempt any type of tire change procedure using the supplied factory jack on a Grand Cherokee with the rock rails option. Serious bodily injury and/or death could result if the vehicle was to slip/fall off the jack while following the procedure outlined in the factory user's manual. I have contacted us corporate Jeep several times via email and phone (3/15, 3/17, 3/27, and 4/2). They assigned case #58203148 to the issue but have not yet provided any suggestions or remedy to the problem. I have not received any response from them other than "they're looking into the problem".

The tire jack is unstable for the vehicle. I have had mine collapse and not tall enough for the vehicle. I watched a man almost get pinned by a jack failure on a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mine is a 2007. Does anyone check this equipment.

The contact owns a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While trying to repair a tire on the vehicle, the contact realized that the tire jack was insufficient to jack up the vehicle. The dealer stated that they would get him the proper jack. The failure and current mileages were 20,000.
