For the second winter (2 out of 2) this vehicle has entered form mode - fuel oil refresh - and fails to operate as a hybrid car until- if last year was the indicator - spring and warmer weather. Ostensibly due to running in electric mode for too long, form is an engine and fuel safety measure. Since this vehicle was under recall 68c until earlier this week and had not been operable in electric mode at all since September, this excuse fails demonstrably. It has been in form since the recall was completed. Having a Jeep in winter that is not operable in electric mode in snow and ice when the potential exists that gas mode doesn't function and the 24 "reserve" miles are not available in electric mode, poses a significant risk. Secondarily, in last winter and this, hybrid use is unavailable for months.

My 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe has been at the dealership service center since [date] due to the recall identified as NHTSA campaign 25v766000. The component involved is the engine, which is still installed in the vehicle and available for inspection upon request. The recall notice states that debris inside the engine may cause engine failure, resulting in loss of drive power or an engine compartment fire. Safety risk: this issue puts my safety and the safety of others at risk because the vehicle could lose power while driving or catch fire unexpectedly. Confirmation of problem: the problem has been confirmed by the dealership, and they advised that the remedy is still under development. Inspection: the vehicle has been inspected by the manufacturer’s authorized service center, but no repairs have been performed because there is no available solution. Warning signs: there were no warning lamps or messages prior to the recall notice. I proactively brought the vehicle in after learning about the recall. Current situation: I have been without my primary vehicle for an extended period and am currently in a rental provided by Jeep. However, I have received no timeline for a fix, nor any indication if Jeep will replace or buy back the vehicle. This indefinite delay is unacceptable given the severity of the safety risk.

Vehicle is a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe (phev) subject to safety recall 78c (25v-766), issued November 2025. The recall states the engine may be contaminated with sand from the casting process, which can cause catastrophic engine failure, vehicle fire, and unexpected unrecoverable loss of propulsion. No remedy has been developed or made available by the manufacturer as of April 2026 — more than five months after the recall was issued. The manufacturer has confirmed in writing that an active stop-sale and stop-production order is in effect on all affected 4xe models due to this unresolved defect. Despite this, the manufacturer has simultaneously deemed the vehicle "operable" and denied a buyback request, requiring the consumer to remain in possession of a vehicle that cannot legally be sold due to its unresolved safety status. The manufacturer's written target window for the remedy was February–March 2026. That window has passed with no repair available and no updated timeline provided. The consumer has been without full use of the vehicle since January 2026 and has been paying out of pocket for rental transportation. The defect has not been confirmed by a dealer because no remedy exists for dealers to perform. No crash, fire, or injury has occurred, but the consumer has chosen not to operate the vehicle due to the known fire and catastrophic failure risk documented in the recall notice itself.
Local dealers are unable to resolve the recall on timely basis due lack of parts, lack of loaner or rental cars. Weather, sense of urgency. This is a serious safety recal of potential battery fire and suddenly stop while in motion. Need to do something!.
Hello I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee 3. 6 and the oil cooler went out again . . This is th 3rd time. On December 17, 2025, I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe (30th anniversary edition) to los angeles Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram for safety recall 68c involving the high-voltage (hv) battery. The dealer performed the required recall software update/flash and diagnostic and confirmed the vehicle failed 68c, meaning the hv traction battery pack requires replacement. The vehicle remains at the dealer and is available for inspection. I cannot take the vehicle home even if I tried: per the recall process it must remain at the dealer once it fails, and the software flash/diagnostic effectively “bricked” the vehicle, rendering it undriveable until the hv battery is replaced. This defect involves the hv battery, a critical energy-storage component with serious safety implications. The problem has been confirmed by an authorized dealer; no police/insurance inspection. The dealer initially stated the battery would arrive around January 12, 2026, but it did not. At ~4 weeks out of service I called the dealer for an update—no eta, status, or tracking. The dealer has never proactively contacted me. At ~8 weeks I called Jeep cares—no eta, tracking, or meaningful update; they only contacted the dealer. I am still making payments on a vehicle immobilized at the dealer for ~9 weeks due to the recall remedy delay. I also did not receive the $100 recall compensation gift cards and Jeep cares has not resolved that. I am filing this complaint because the recall remedy is not being provided within a reasonable time, leaving me without transportation and without any timeline for a critical safety-recall repair.
I have experienced abrupt loss of propulsion events consistent with recall 25v-576. I have reached out to stellantis repeatedly for resolution and no one ever follows up with an answer or a resolution.
Was driving on highway going 60 miles following traffic my car suddenly stalled took me a little bit to pull over, switched off the car, the car made a funny sound. Waited 5 mins and the car started again. My car is constantly stalling, doesn’t give me any warning signals and the Jeep dealership I go to cannot figure out what it is. It takes about min before my car can restart and I keep moving.

While driving approximately 70 mph on the highway, my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe experienced a sudden and complete loss of power without warning. This created a dangerous situation with risk of collision. The vehicle is also subject to an active recall related to high-voltage battery fire risk, which prevents safe charging and normal hybrid operation. Additionally, at approximately 12,000 miles, the vehicle developed a transmission pump failure requiring repair. Due to these combined issues, I do not feel the vehicle is safe to operate, particularly when transporting my children. This incident represents a serious safety concern involving loss of propulsion at highway speeds.
The vehicle has abruptly lost power and shut down while driving. This has happened while pulling out to cross traffic at intersections which have nearly caused an accident from the vehicle abruptly losing power in the middle of the intersection. The emergency braking system has also activated without any obstructions in front of the vehicle resulting in vehicles behind me nearly hitting me. The vehicle's four wheel drive system has also been inoperable with no parts available from Jeep to remedy this specific issue.
Two similar incidents to report during week of Dec 15th 2025 on surface streets: was driving 25 mph when 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee just came to a complete stop -- without any warning signs of a problem. Vehicle stalled with no engine power and loss of power steering. I could not steer the vehicle to the side of the road. Was just stuck. The emergency lights did work. I put the vehicle in park and restarted the engine after about 30 seconds. The vehicle drove normally therafter. This could have been catastrophic is if I had been on a major highway with traffic. This same stalling of the vehicle with no power or steering ability has happened 2 other times before earlier in 2025. The dealer insists there is no recall, but this looks like the same problem that this Jeep had in 2019 when the dealer replace the fuel pump relay as part of a previous recall. Obviously that recall was not effective.

My vehicle is subject to active recall 68c involving high-voltage battery fire risk in Jeep 4xe vehicles. Manufacturer has confirmed recall applies to this vehicle, but no remedy is currently available. I have been instructed to limit charging and parking due to risk of thermal event/fire. This creates an ongoing safety risk to myself, family, my home, nearby properties and others. My vehicle remains in use without a permanent fix.
Vehicle is subject to recalls 68c (fire risk) and 78c (loss of propulsion). Manufacturer states remedy is 'not yet available. ' I am instructed not to charge the battery and to park away from structures. I cannot safely park the vehicle at my home or use the electric propulsion I am paying for. The vehicle presents an immediate fire hazard and risk of catastrophic engine failure on public roads.
I will be going 50-65 mph down the highway and my Jeep will just die. It will die for about 10-15 seconds then start again. This is very dangerous. I have talked to multiple people that this has happened too.
While driving, my vehicle has intermittently lost power without warning, creating a serious safety hazard. The loss of power occurs unexpectedly while the vehicle is in motion and is not associated with any driver input, weather, or road conditions. The issue has occurred on more than one occasion. The first occasion in March 2025. The issue appeared to be temporarily resolved but later recurred, indicating the underlying problem was not corrected. When the loss of power occurs, the vehicle does not respond to acceleration input and behaves as though propulsion is cut off completely. This happens suddenly and without warning while driving. This condition creates a dangerous situation, particularly when driving in traffic or at speed as was the case on 12/4/25 when driving 70 mph on the freeway, the second time the issue occurred for us. The car was immediately brought to the dealership on 12/4/2025 and remains there today. On the first occurrence the dealership attributed it to low battery charge and replaced both batteries. The dealership has performed inspections and diagnostics including:battery testing and replacement, wiring and harness inspections, software updates to vehicle control modules, extended road testing. Despite these efforts:the issue has not been permanently resolved, the dealership has stated the concern could not be duplicated, the dealership has indicated that fault codes were not always present. A star case has been opened, Jeep customer care has been contacted regarding this issue, and a field technician has been requested to come to the dealership to assess the vehicle. Despite repeated service visits I am submitting this complaint to report a recurring, intermittent loss-of-power condition that may not consistently trigger diagnostic fault codes but poses a serious safety risk for the car occupants and other drivers on the road surrounding this vehicle.
• component/system: the high-voltage battery system in the plug-in hybrid propulsion system is subject to an active safety recall related to potential fire risk. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. • safety risk: the manufacturer has instructed owners not to charge the vehicle near structures and to park it away from buildings due to the risk of battery fire. This creates an ongoing safety concern because normal charging and garaging cannot be performed safely, altering how and where the vehicle can be operated and stored. After speaking with my homeowners insurance, if the home were to catch fire through this vehicle, the claim would be denied because there is an active recall stating not to charge the vehicle. • reproduction/confirmation: the condition has been confirmed by the manufacturer through the official recall notice. The dealer has not attempted a repair because no remedy is currently available. Despite visiting the dealer, the dealer still states not to charge the car in the house. • inspections by others: the vehicle has not required inspection by police or insurance representatives. The issue is acknowledged by the manufacturer as part of the recall, and no repair procedure has been released to dealers. • warning lamps/symptoms: there were no specific warning lamps prior to receiving the recall notice. The issue was identified by the manufacturer and communicated through recall notification rather than a driver-observed failure. The recall notice is the first indication of the problem.
My 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe (VIN [xxx] ) is affected by two separate federal safety recalls involving the high-voltage battery: recall 95b / NHTSA 24v-720 and the newly issued recall 68c / NHTSA 25v-741. Both recalls warn of a potential vehicle fire and instruct owners to stop recharging the battery and to park the vehicle away from structures and other vehicles due to fire risk. These warnings appear directly in the recall notices I received. Recall 95b / NHTSA 24v-720 states that the battery pack may contain cells susceptible to separator damage which, combined with internal cell interactions, may lead to a vehicle fire. Owners are advised not to recharge and to park away from structures. Recall 68c / NHTSA 25v-741 states that under normal vehicle operation, the high-voltage battery may become damaged and lead to a vehicle fire, again instructing owners not to recharge and to park away from structures. These are virtually identical safety defects occurring back-to-back in the same high-voltage battery system. The 68c recall states explicitly that no remedy is currently available and there is no eta, leaving me with a vehicle that cannot safely be parked at my home, charged, or operated as intended. I am now unable to use the hybrid/electric functionality at all, despite paying a premium for a plug-in hybrid vehicle. I am forced to operate the vehicle only in degraded gasoline mode with significantly reduced functionality and safety. The ongoing fire risk, inability to recharge, and requirement to park away from cars and buildings create a daily hardship and significant safety concern for my family. This is a serious safety defect affecting the same critical system twice in less than a year, and with no available remedy the vehicle remains unsafe to charge, unsafe to park near structures, and unable to function as advertised. I am requesting NHTSA review due to repeated fire-risk recalls, lack of a repair, and the substantial ongoing safety risk. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of informatio.
How many recalls does one vehicle get in 2 years of ownership get before they take car back? this is the absolute worst vehicle I have ever owned at $64,100 price tag. We went through this battery recall last year at this time and could not use hybrid system for 5 months and had to park outside until recall was performed and god forbid you take grandkids anywhere in it, and with all the countless other problems that are so speratic they cannot fix. Recall number 95b, when weather was finally warm enough for them to perform the diagnostics on it, it was deemed okay. Now I get another recall for same thing and once again it is a fire hazard again and no fix is available according to recall info. So people are suppose to drive around in a $64,100 vehicle that could go on fire and cannot park in garage or use hybrid system for its intended use. Tonight s weather is suppose to be -10 degrees f in iowa and we keep having problems with the heater blowing cold air and have taken it to dealership for total of 10 days trying to figure this problem out with no resolve yet. When does someone finally say is enough is enough? they have had my Jeep in their dealership 34 days total not counting recalls trying to resolve why the power steering goes out and all safety devices are offline and nnobody can resolve these issues so it is a total crap shoot every time you start it up! the fire hazard thing really bothers me being a past fireman and nobody seems to care, just park your car away from flammable material and structure, are you kidding me! what happens when you have kids and grandkids in this car? somebody ha to help us! internet is flooded with these problems with Jeep 4xe. Please help us out of this situation because stellantis and dealerships do not care! you want your family riding this crap when heat does not work and windows fog over or start on fire while your driving or its sitting in driveway while you sleep? I tried to lemon law this last year so I have 70 plus docume.
Vehicle: 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe limited issue type: fuel system / fuel gauge / evap / hybrid interaction safety concern: incorrect fuel-level indication, fuel overflow, unreliable range estimation description of the problem: the vehicle’s fuel gauge and range indicator have become inaccurate and erratic. The gauge showed about 95 miles remaining, then dropped rapidly to a low-fuel warning. At the gas station, the pump shut off at approximately 8 gallons, even though the vehicle indicated low fuel. When I manually resumed fueling, gasoline immediately overflowed from the filler neck. There was no gasoline smell prior to this event. After driving away from the station, the remaining range increased, then decreased again, fluctuating by about ±10 miles. The fuel gauge and range readings continue to be inconsistent and unreliable. These symptoms began recently and are getting worse. The vehicle is currently being operated in hybrid mode only due to an existing recall advising not to charge the battery. This issue creates a safety risk because: the fuel gauge may not reflect the true fuel level, overflow during refueling poses a fire hazard, and evap or tank-pressurization malfunction may be occurring. Frequency: problem has occurred on multiple consecutive refueling attempts. Safety risk: fuel overflow, inaccurate gauge, possible stalling or running out of fuel unexpectedly. Dealer: issue reported; diagnosis pending. No modifications have been made to the vehicle.
Vehicle under recall for high voltage battery fire risk, no fix available, manufacturer instructs not to charge or park near structures.
On 11/28/2025, I received recall notice 68c/NHTSA 25v-741, from fca us llc. The recall affects my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, pih. The recall states that the vehicle is at risk of catching fire, due to damage that may occur to the high voltage battery, during normal vehicle operation, and that there are no remedies for this condition currently available. In addition, owners are advised to refrain from. . . 1. Recharging the vehicle 2. Parking near structures 3. Parking near other vehicles unfortunately, I don't live near an open field, so numbers 2 and 3 are nearly implossible. I contacted the fce recall hotline today, and was told that someone from their "safe parking and rental car" team would be contacting me. This vehicle is leased through stellantis motors. I want a simple termination of my lease immediately, so my wife will again be able to drive her car, safely transport our grandson, and park safely in our driveway. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. [xxx] [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).
While driving this vehicle under normal conditions, the engine developed abnormal ticking/knocking noises, loss of power, and misfire symptoms that progressively worsened. The vehicle was frequently used to transport children. Due to the nature of the failure and unpredictability of progression, continued operation posed a serious safety risk. An authorized dealer later confirmed that the engine suffered a catastrophic internal valvetrain failure involving collapsed lifters/rocker arms and severely damaged camshafts. The dealer technician explicitly stated this failure mode is “typical” for this engine design and documented progressive internal damage affecting both cylinder banks, not an isolated component. This failure mode is not sudden; it develops gradually over tens of thousands of miles and can lead to sudden engine power loss, stalling, or seizure without warning. A loss of propulsion at highway speed, during lane changes, intersections, or while transporting children creates a clear risk of crash, injury, or worse. There was no evidence of driver abuse, lack of maintenance, lubrication failure, or misuse. The dealer confirmed oil condition and service history were appropriate. The defect appears to be internal, latent, and manufacturing-related, consistent with numerous consumer complaints, technical service bulletins, and ongoing litigation involving this engine family. Had the vehicle continued to be driven, the failure could have escalated •sudden loss of engine power at speed •inability to accelerate to avoid hazards •engine seizure causing loss of steering assist •increased crash risk with child passengers onboard the vehicle was removed from service due to safety concerns. This defect is repeatable, predictable, and well-documented, yet not subject to recall at this time. I am reporting this to support investigation into a systemic engine defect that presents a serious safety risk to drivers and passengers.

While my wife was driving our 2023 plug-in hybrid SUV, the vehicle suddenly lost all power steering assist. The steering wheel became extremely hard to turn and she could not safely control the vehicle. I had to verbally guide her to pull over into a very unsafe area because the vehicle became nearly impossible to steer. The failure happened instantly with no warning lights, messages, or prior symptoms. The vehicle was completely undriveable. I had to call a tow truck and pay out of pocket to have it towed directly to an authorized dealer. We were forced to take an uber home. The dealer confirmed that this model currently has multiple active safety recalls, including recalls involving high-voltage battery fire risk and potential loss of propulsion, and that they could not inspect the vehicle immediately due to limited staffing. This incident posed a significant crash and injury risk because the driver was unable to steer the vehicle with normal force. The sudden loss of steering assist created a dangerous situation on a public road and required emergency towing. The vehicle is now at the dealership awaiting inspection, and the failure can be inspected upon request.
Recall 25v-741 (manufacturer recall 68c) affects my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. The recall notice states that, due to potential high-voltage battery cell separator damage, the vehicle may catch fire even when powered off. Jeep instructs owners not to charge the vehicle and not to park inside garages or near structures. There is no remedy available, and Jeep has stated that remedy identification may not occur until q1 2026, with additional delays expected for parts and repairs. As a result of these instructions, I am unable to store the vehicle safely at my home, since my residence only has attached garage parking. My workplace garage has also prohibited these recalled vehicles from entering due to fire risk. The vehicle is currently kept at the dealership because it cannot be safely stored. Jeep’s interim support is insufficient. They offer only $60/day rental reimbursement, which does not cover a comparable vehicle, and only $50 per rental period in taxes, leaving owners with significant out-of-pocket costs while their leased vehicles cannot be used for an extended period. This places owners in the position of either paying significant out-of-pocket expenses for an unsuitable rental vehicle, or continuing to park, store, or charge their vehicles in ways that contradict Jeep’s fire-risk guidance. While the recall is not labeled as a “stop drive,” the instructions functionally prevent safe use or storage of the vehicle. I am reporting this because the current interim guidance and lack of remedy create ongoing fire risk and practical safety issues for owners with no safe place to store the vehicle and no adequate interim solution.
I was driving down the rode going 30 miles per hour and my vehicle turned off. I lost all power.
I was driving home from work and all of a sudden I am pushing the gas pedal down but unable to go faster. I lost complete power. The car was in gas mode at the time of incident. I could not start the car or move the dial from park, neutral, etc. . . I had to get out of the car lock it, get back in and I was able to start and go straight to the dealership.
2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, vehicle bought new in July 2025! 3 incidents of loss of propulsion occurred while city driving from August to October in 2025. Recall 73c performed on oct 22, 2025! on 11/18/25 requested vehicle inspection from mcinerney auto center (troy) per advise from mcinerney dealership (alpena). While test driving had a sever transmission failure which vehicle had to be towed back to auto center. Vehicle remained on lot for 7 days with no repair! towed (aaa) to jim riehl’s friendly (romeo) and determined sever leak from transmission. Fixed with no apparent issue with trans. Vehicle driven in hybrid mode without battery charged from Dec 4,2025 until Jan 19, 2026!!! recall 68c performed on Jan 20,2026. Now we have recall 78c (Nov 2025) with no fix insight!!! this recall is sand in the engine from casting process! this can be a long term problem along with the hybrid battery fire possibility with the previous recalls!!! so, this vehicle is not reliable short term and for sure long term! these recalls are major recalls for a new vehicle. We want a new vehicle or our money back ASAP!!! we want the vehicle manufacturer to call us ASAP!!!.
On approximately November 15th 2025, I took my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe in for a routine oil change and tire rotation to fred martin super store in barberton , ohio. Upon completion on the service I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and I was not to park in my garage or plug the vehicle in due to risk of fire coming from the hybrid battery. I immediately called the service department at fred martin super store in barberton ohio to see if this recall was accurate. The service department rep did confirm verbally that there was a recall and again not to park in my garage or plug the vechile in due to fire risk. I was told the parts were not available to fix the problem at this time. This vehicle is not safe to have on or near my property and is not functioning the way it is intended. I have contacted Jeep multiple times and filed multiple grievances to ask for a vehicle buy out or a lease termination with out penalty and have been denied. This repair has not been done or remedied in a timely manner, and is still unsafe to have or drive.
I brought my vehicle to the Jeep of concord for a fuel pump relay recall and oil change on 11/12/25. Prior to 11/12 the vehicle did not experience any of the issues described below. On 11/13/25, a dealership representative sent an inspection video stating the vehicle was in immaculate condition following the recall repair. However, within less than 24 hours, the check engine light illuminated, and additional issues began occurring intermittently. After the recall work, the vehicle began experiencing intermittent warning lights, including service four wheel drive, traction control, and check engine. These warnings appear unpredictably and are sometimes accompanied by loss of vehicle functions, creating unsafe driving conditions. The vehicle has also experienced overheating since these issues began. Sometimes turning the vehicle off and then on would temporarily correct the problem if it would recrank. The failures occur intermittently, making them difficult to reproduce or diagnose, and they pose serious safety risks, including the potential for sudden loss of power, steering assistance, or drivability while the vehicle is in motion. On multiple occasions, the issues have left me stranded. I returned the vehicle to the dealership on 1/8/26. On 1/9/26, I received an inspection video from the dealership identifying a transmission issue for the first time. The rep stated they “double-checked” the recall wiring but confirmed that no manufacturer engineer inspected the vehicle, despite my request to escalate this as a star case due to safety concerns. The intermittent warning lights, overheating, and transmission concerns remain unresolved and stellantis refused to escalate the issue. The dealership currently retains possession of my vehicle. I am concerned the recall repair may have been performed wrong or inadequately inspected, resulting in ongoing intermittent safety-related failures affecting multiple vehicle systems. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate & confirm.
My vehicle is affected by recall 25v-741 (fca recall 68c), which involves a risk of high-voltage battery fire due to potential internal separator damage. Fca’s NHTSA filing instructs owners to refrain from recharging the battery and to park the vehicle away from structures or other vehicles until a remedy is available. The recall remedy is not available. Fca customer care advised me by phone that the vehicle is “safe to drive in e-save mode unless symptoms appear,” which contradicts the recall notice because the defect can cause a fire without warning or symptoms. This vehicle automatically recharges the high-voltage battery through regenerative braking and engine charging, making it impossible to comply with the instruction to “refrain from recharging. ” during another discussion, a technician also told me that the “stop sale has nothing to do with the safety of the vehicle” and advised me to “drive normally. ” when I asked about the prior cases where vehicles covered by this recall had caught fire, the technician replied, “well, they’re still around, right?” this guidance minimizes the documented fire risk and contradicts the official recall filings. The vehicle cannot be safely used or stored under normal conditions, and no interim solution or transportation has been provided. The dealer stated they were instructed by the manufacturer’s warranty team not to assist and reiterated that no remedy exists. I am reporting the unsafe and contradictory guidance from the manufacturer and the inability to safely use the vehicle while the recall remains unresolved.
This hybrid vehicle is equipped with a battery that can combust and catch on fire. A remedy is unavailable - the car is a safety problem to my family since it can not be charged or housed in my garage. This car was leased for its hybrid options for my travel to work - basically I am paying for a feature I can not use. I also worry about my family driving in it as well. I was never informed by any correspondence from stellantis regarding this recall - it was discovered by my own research from news articles. There is no immediate remedy and stellantis refuses to release me from my lease. This problem was confirmed by the dealership I leased the vehicle from. This SUV is available for inspection at any time.
Hello, I am reaching out regarding a serious safety issue involving my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe under an active recall (78c), which stellantis has acknowledged can cause an engine fire or sudden loss of vehicle function. Despite the severity of this recall, there is currently no remedy available. I have contacted stellantis corporate multiple times and have been met with consistently poor customer service, including being told I am not allowed to open another case because my issue is “irrelevant” due to it involving a recall. I am leasing a vehicle that is not safe to drive, with a known fire risk and no repair solution. I have formally requested that stellantis buy back the vehicle without penalty given the safety risk and inability to use the vehicle as intended. They have refused to accept the vehicle back or offer any meaningful resolution. This raises serious concerns about consumer safety and corporate accountability—particularly when a manufacturer acknowledges a defect but refuses to take responsibility for removing unsafe vehicles from the road.
