Vehicle refrigerant for the ac cooling system is constantly leaking. I have taken it in for service in June 2017 and was told that there is no leak. Service center refilled the refrigerant and less than a year later I am experiencing the same issue with no cold air running through the system. This means the refrigerant leaked into the atmosphere twice due to negligence. Whenever the ac component tries to run, whether it is parked or moving, a loud hissing noise is heard coming from the engine compartment.
