Loud Engine Noise Problems of Jeep Renegade

Tl the contact owns a 2018 Jeep Renegade. While driving 60 mph, there was a loud noise coming from the engine. The vehicle pulled from front to back and then stalled. Also, the check engine and transmission warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was powered off while in traffic. Once restated, the vehicle was able to be driven; however, the failure recurred a few miles down the road. The dealer performed a diagnostic test, but a failure code could not be found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. My 2016 Jeep Renegade fan assembly continues to lock up and make loud noises I had to get it replaced once this will be my second time replacing the fan. I noticed on the Jeep forum that this is a well known issue that lots of Jeep Renegade drivers are having its very dangerous because it happens out of the blue and sometimes I take road trips ive only had the Jeep a year .

Fan is making terrible noises. Will stop working and is over 650 to replace. There are thousands of customers reporting the exact same problem!.

The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Renegade. When the contact started the vehicle after filling up the fuel tank, the check engine and electronic stability control warning indicators illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was able to restart on the first attempt; however, the failure recurred. In addition, the vehicle made an abnormal sound and the emergency brake would not release. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but was not diagnosed. The dealer recommended to have the oil changed every 3,000 miles and to check the dip stick every time the vehicle was filled with fuel. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,870.

Vibrating/rumbling noise through gas pedal and rear differential between 29-34 mph while using cruise/not using cruise/letting off gas pedal slowly; dealership claims its the high gearing, its normal, we cant replicate, Chrysler rep states the same thing, yet I take the service mgr for a ride and theres the noise, take service mgr for a ride in another Renegade and theres the noise, supposedly they will work on figuring out whats the issue on the other Renegade and then deal with mine. Digital speedometer fluctuates between +/-1 mph upon setting cruise on level elevation, setting cruise speedometer in center display will read 69 mph but upper right speedometer display reflects 70 mph and only time they ever are the same is when your going downhill, Chrysler rep at WI dealership states this is normal and I am calling bullshit, they wont fix it because its within the normal parameters but scientifically it doesnt jive.

Engine light has been on lighting on and off. I went to mechanic and it's the coolant thermostat. Which might be affecting my intake air temperature. In cold weather engine light goes off and in hot weather it turns on. This causes my Jeep to struggle when I want to spend up on highway. The other annoying problem is that when I'm in idle at a stop light the Jeep shakes so much that I feel it all over car. It also has a very loud noise to it. My other problem is when someone is sitting on the passenger side my volume to my radio goes down. Never fails. I have taken it to the dealership and they tell something completely different. I had my Jeep diagnosed 3 times and it comes out that it's the thermostat. Dealership was telling it was the fuel injector which has nothing to do with coolant issues.
