2 Power Steering Fluid problem of the 2016 Kia Motor Optima

Tl-the contact owns a 2016 kia Optima. The contact stated that the vehicle had a recall repair at the dealer greenway kia of franklin 5026, 1413 murfreesboro rd, franklin, TN 37067 (615) 224-7973. Nhtsa recall number: 16v-705000 (power train) . The driver's shaft on the front side that was replaced during the first visit was leaking fluid. The contact was referred by an independent to callback the dealer. The dealer stated that the warranty for the recall repair was good for just 12 months and had expired. The dealer referred the contact to speak to the manufacturer and was given a case number . The manufacturer stated that the dealer was independently owned and they would not get paid to perform the repair. This meant the contact would have to pay for the repair. The failure mileage was 53,323. Tf.
