Horn Assembly Problems of Kia Motor Sephia

The seatbelt pretensioners is locked up & they (both driver/passenger) seatbelts "do not" reel back 2 provide securement of the passenger(s). Also, the electrical issue is the horn does not work even when there's a new fuse & horn. There's a defect in the steering wheel horn button.

The horn was not loud enough on the vehicle.

Horn has stopped working at random intervals. Consumer needs to "pump" horn in order for it to work properly. Cause of this defect is unknown.

Horn works intermittently,shifting impossible,fuel will spit out (not topping off),constanly replacing brakes. Referenced in rq03-006.

Had the car one moth had bad transmission,1 month later horn sounds off and on.

The consumer has been experiencing several problems wit vehicle. The horn, brakes, engine check light, and gas lights has been malfunctioning. When they put in gasoline in vehicle, it shoots back out and the gas light continues to illuminate. The manufacturer has been contacted.

Horn sometimes works and other times will not.
