Consumer states while driving the electrical system failed, instrument panel went completely out. Dealer notified 19 times problem reoccurred. Please provide any additional information.

The bas/esp light turns on on the dashboard. Told by the manufacturer to stop a car, turn complete left, and then complete right, switch off the engine for 10 seconds and start the engine. First couple of times the light on the dashboard disappeared. On the 3rd occurrence, the light stayed on. Called the dealer to have the look at the car.
Car pulls to the right, (they have done numerous alignments), car vibrates at high speeds and light keeps coming on and has been fixed 2 times. Dealer has tried to fix the problem about 7 times and it is still not fixed. We are currently filing suit under the lemon law.
