Air bag warning light has appeared on a vehicle with less than 83,000 miles . No accident has occurred but ity is of concern since other manufacturer models have had same problems and were repaired by dealer through manufacturer recall.

My airbag warning light is on. My mechanic noticed a recall, campaign id r0807, but the recall only affects vehicles registered in 'salt' states. I live in va but traveled extensively in PA, maryland, DC for work for many years. Since my vehicle is experiencing the failure that the recall was issued for, my vehicle should be covered as part of the recall. The recall should be extended to bordering states to account for frequent travel across state lines.

The air bags warning light started to blink, and never goes of, checkeed about the situation, turn on the ignition key and waiting for the light to go off, but it does not, while driving, the air bag warning lights still blinks constantly, does not goes off. On Jan. 3rd. 2013 the red air bag light came on in our 2007 Nissan Frontier we took it to Nissan and they refused to do anything about. Front crash zone sensor "csz" the red air bag warning light will illuminate to alert the vehicle operator. My daughter had looked up our truck on line & found there had been a recall on these airbags sensors for certain vehicles. We even have the recall letter & still they won't do anything. The man that works or worked for Nissan in melbourne , florida , when I told him my daughter had found the recall on line , his Smart remark was, " you can find anything on the internet, you can even find santa claus if you look". We have not gotten anything done as of this date. May 29, 2015. We were in contact with Nissan"s main office , many times. The mileage was approximately 49,400 at the time.
