: the contact stated the steering wheel vibrated while the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to the dealership, which determined the front rotors needed to be turned and the rear passenger side caliper was rusted to the rotor. The front rotors were turned and the rear caliper and rotor was cleaned. There have been no further problems. Updated 4/11/2006 - the consumer indicated that there is still a slight vibration in the steering column.

: the contact stated while driving 3 mph, the vehicle hesitated, bucked, and nearly stalled. This was accompanied by vibration in the entire vehicle. Several months later, the vehicle was taken to a service dealer who determined the ignition coil was not functional and that the calipers on both rear brakes had locked up on the wheel. There were no repairs made on the calipers.

Problems with vehicle's ignition coils, brake caliper, pads and rotors. The vehicle ignition coil failed at 37000 miles. All six coils were replaced. One week later the left rear brake caliper locked up. All four rotors and brake pads were replaced at 36200 miles. The consumer feels the repairs may have been covered under a service bulletin 624020 for the ignition and service bulletin 618790 for the brakes. The consumer seeks reimbursement for the cost of the repairs.

After purchasing the vehicle the brakes squealed. Consumer took vehicle to the dealer, and the dealer performed a factory inspection. Later, the brakes failed, and the right rear calipers were replaced. After a 60,000 miles front pads, rotors, and calipers had to be replaced. Vehicle made a humming noise from the left brake. Consumer states after vehicle warmed up brake pedal goes to the floor, pumps brake pedal comes back. Replaced rear brakes and replace rotors.
Rear brakes/calipers and discs overheated, had been serviced 3 times in 1 month for new brakes twice. Brakes have burned up with calipers which locked, and have almost gone on fire.
