While vehicle was parked and the key was not placed in ignition, and with a child inside, vehicle rolled, crashing to a retainer wall. At time parking pawl was neutral. Currently, consumer does not know if pawl was moved by child or it rolled by itself.
Consumer drove vehicle into driveway, put vehicle in neutral, got out to close gate, and the vehicle jumped into the reverse mode, crashing gate.
