Brake pedals drops low stopping car and latter peddle returns braking high, randomly this occurs during your drive. Brake pads checked with no problems, no leaks either. Driving feels dangerous no knowing if brakes will totally fail.

2 Brake Disc Pads problem of the 2016 Nissan Rogue

Failure Date: 10/03/2017

We purchased out 2016 Nissan Rogue in February of 2017. It only has ~14k miles on it and the rotors have already warped. We took it to gainesville Nissan and all they did was turn the rotors and state that Nissan does not consider the essentially new rotors to be faulty. The webster's dictionary definition of faulty is as follows: marked by fault or defect :imperfect. The rotors are essentially new and turning them very much limits the lifetime of the part. The rotors and pads should be replaced to make sure we are safe. There is no reason for these low mileage rotors to have warped. How many other people are in this situation?.

3 Brake Disc Pads problem of the 2014 Nissan Rogue

Failure Date: 05/01/2015

Notice a slight squeak from front left wheel/brake area that created some concern, then a few miles dwon the road and some start stop action, came a metal to metal grinding scenario, called auto nation Nissan immediately, id'd problem to service tech and I was advised bring unit in. Thinking maybe just a brake issue, I was informed that left front caliber brake system was locked up and has caused major wear on brake pads and then I was informed that rotors scared, brakes require replacement along with new calibers on front of unit. Only thing is brakes & rotors are not to be covered and I would have to pay for them. Why do I have for poor quality equipment that falls under recall status? but after seeing these recalls I will expect Nissan to repair or replace at no charge. To be more exact, my transmissions was replaced 2 months ago as well. I really like my Rogue but has been a money pit even with warranty. . . I drive as a road warrior for my job and now your unit is costing me money.
