On 05-01-2020 I was driving back home on I-59 north and I lost the power steering, alternator and a/c. I continue driving because I still have mechanical steering control I get home and I noted the serpentine belt and the belt tensiometer was broken, I ordered and changed after repaired I was driving to work on 05-07-2020 and I notice the car is not working good, I check and 1 of the bolts from the steering pump adapter was broken, I take to the dealer and after a week and be talking with Nissan case number 40163453, with the car inside of the warranty they say the bolt is a hardware and is not cover by the warranty, also the dealer say is going to be expensive repair because they have to remove the radiator, I choose to do the repair by myself, I'm an aircraft inspector with 39 years experience repairing airplanes. I fix in the best way I know, but this situation can cause a accident see attach pictures, also the adapter pump holes are little big of the diameter of the bolts with the vibration of the engine (diesel) can cause this bolts to be loose.

Noticed a small fluid leak under my car, it looked like radiator fluid. I took the vehicle to my local Nissan dealer to check it out. When the Nissan technicians investigated the leak they informed me the leak was from the seams of the radiator and the radiator required replacement. I was told that this is common and routine wear and tear for Nissan. The 2009 Titan has just over 41,000 miles and is only driven on paved roads. It has no off-road mileage. I do not believe a properly designed radiator should leak from the seams after 6 years and low mileage.

My 2006 Titan started vibrating like running over rumble strips on side of highway. Took straight to dealership. Was told that the cooling system split and contaminated the transmission. I had to have the transmission and radiator replaced $7313. 56. There was no warning or anything. After reading many complaints for the same thing on other Nissan vehicles, there needs to be an investigation and a recall on the cooling system that can cause this amount of damage.
Driving at night and the cabin heater wouldn't get warm. Didn't think much about it as I was driving less than 5 miles. The next morning noticed a large pool of antifreeze under the truck. Topped the coolant off, fired the truck up and let it idle in the driveway until it came up to normal to warm water temperature and antifreeze began dripping from the bottom of the radiator. Researched the radiator issue and found some Titan owners have had to replace cracked/split radiators more than once. To avoid multiple radiator replacements I will be purchasing a high performance aluminum radiator at a significant cost difference. I feel this should be a recall covered by the manufacturer. The plastic radiators may cut down the vehicles weight, making it easier to attain federal mpg standards but the all metal ones just last longer and are easily repaired. How many Titan radiators have drained their antifreeze into the street and then the storm drain? maybe the epa should be informed since; "antifreeze is toxic to humans and animals. Waste antifreeze contains heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and chromium in high enough levels to potentially make it a regulated hazardous waste, so most states strictly regulate antifreeze disposal. Antifreeze generators and state and local programs should not dump spent antifreeze on land or discharge it into a sanitary sewer, storm drain, ditch, dry well, or septic system; dumping antifreeze can cause serious water quality problems and might harm people, pets, or wildlife".
Exactly like the frequent problem with the 2005 Nissan pathfinder and xterra, the radiator failed causing coolant to mix with the transmission fluid.

I have a Nissan Titan 2006 and had to replace my fuel pump 2 times and now I have rear axle leaking and I now have 2 cracked manifolds which dealer told me is very common also I need to replace the flow for heating and cooling. I am very concerned with the exhaust leaking which could only be done by getting the truck very hot which if I did I would of had to do head gaskets. Which are ok. Also I had to replace the radiator it had 2 cracks in where it is bolted they give and became weak. I don't abuse my truck I love it I have never got it hot I maintain it as much as possible. Alot of the complaints I have read are the same a mine what does it take to get this resolved. Call me we need to band together and fix this.
The contact owns a 2004 Nissan Titan. The contact heard a knocking sound when the air conditioning was activated. The dealer stated that one of the sensors inside the air conditioner needed to be replaced. The contact smelled anti-freeze and coolant from the interior of the vehicle. The dealer performed a radiator flush at the cost of $212, which was at the contact's expense. The contact arrived home and noticed that there was no coolant or anti-freeze in the vehicle. The radiator was bone dry. He took the vehicle back to the dealer and they found a crack in the radiator. The vehicle has not been repaired. The current and failure mileages were less than 50,000.
Tl-the contact owns a 2005 Nissan Titan. While parked, the contact smelled a strong odor of radiator fluid inside of the vehicle. He also noticed a constant leak of fluid from the radiator which formed a large puddle on the ground. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer three times where the radiator was replaced each time. Most recent the failure recurred and the vehicle was in the process of being diagnosed by the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the malfunction. The failure mileage and VIN were unavailable. The contact owns a 2006 Nissan Titan. While driving various speeds, the vehicle suddenly began to vibrate and shutter. After stopping the vehicle, the failure would suddenly cease. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the failure was caused by radiator fluid leaking into the transmission. The failure was not repaired. Also, while operating the vehicle, the air bag sensor light would blink on and off. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 150,000.
Multiple brake and steering shudder problems with 2004 Titan Nissan se crew cab truck, dealer makes mfg suggested repairs but shudder returns creating safety worries and fear of losing control of vehicle. Moreover, transmission coolant line replaced wherein dealer informs me that blowout could lead to failure. Front tires excessive wear, vibration and shudder with or without brake application. Headlight switch design flawed, easily turned off when turn stalk activated or lights are dimmed from high to low beam. All the above problems occured and still are occuring within first 3500 miles!!.
