Tl * the contact owns a 2004 Nissan Titan. While driving approximately 10 mph, the contact heard a loud unusual noise. He then moved the vehicle from the road and upon further inspection, noticed that the leaf springs were fractured through the bed of the vehicle. The failure caused a defect in the suspension and was taken to the dealer. The dealer replaced the left and right shackles to correct the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 97,000 and the current mileage was 97,200.
