Enigine power failing, continous problem with oil leaking after gasket replaced, air conditioner making noises, brakes squeal esp. After running.

This is a Chrysler engine product. The engine has a oil head gasket leakage. I have contacted a dealer twice regarding this problem in the past two years, and there has been no recall on this problem. There is numerous reports of this in the internet by consumers, complaining. This a costly repair for the consumer. There should be a recall immediately, because this has been going on for years, with no concern from Chrysler. No one should have to buy a new engine when the vehicle is less than 1 to five years old when purchased. Please we need your help.
