The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated while driving 65 mph the contact felt the vehicle loss all motion and unknown warning lights stated blanking and the steering wheel became stiff. The contact pulled over on the side of the road and shut down the vehicle, when the contact restarted the vehicle, the vehicle would not start. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the stated water had enter the vehicle from the roof rails causing electrical damages with the harness connector. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed and that there was nothing they could do. The failure mileage was 70,811.
