Going westbound on port saint lucie blvd, FL 34953, a white truck with a six to eight foot trailer made a turn from eastbound to westbound, cutting my 2009 Toyota Yaris off, because of the close proximity I was not able to stop traveling the speed limit, therefore, having a frontal crash which none of my four airbags deployed. I was taking to the saint lucie hospital to check for injuries, which I have whiplash, and contusion of my lower limb, and bruises where my seat belt was.

On oct 29, 2008 about 10:00 am my wife was driving our 2008 Toyota Yaris hatchback, traveling south bound on 7th st. In victorville CA. She was going about 35 miles an hour when a Ford f150 truck made an left turn in front of her from the north bound lane my wife collided with this truck. Front end collision of the Yaris hitting the truck on the passenger front wheel. Doing damage to the trucks front right quarter panel. Doing a lot of damage to the front end of our 2008 Toyota Yaris, bending and smashing the whole front bumper, pushing the hood out of place. And causing bodily injuries to my wife, hurting her back, neck, shoulders and right arm. My major concern is that the airbags did not activate or deploy in our 2008 Toyota Yaris .

Control of vehicle lost on dirt road. Vehicle rolled over 3x. Landed on roof. No deployment of airbags at all.

I am proprietor of a car Toyota Yaris of year 2007, clear green color. At dawn of the past Monday March 17, 2008 the car caught fire in my residence apparently by a short circuit. The vehicle already turned a year since I bought it and has less than 10,000 miles. I proceed to make a claim to the insurance agency. The insurance company sent a electromechanical expert to verify my car on April 8, 2008. The electromechanical expert verified the car, but he cannot determinate from where the failure came, because the vehicle caught fire by the part airbag of the passenger and by the lateral center of the side of the driver. That was, two isolate fires. The electromechanical determined that it was a factory defect because the vehicle never has ben taken to the dealer where I bought it nor has been altered since the vahicle is new of factory. Therefore, the electromechanical expert determined that it a fault of the manufacturer. By such reason, I let know my case to know in what form someone can help me. I am a disabled person that I need an automobile to attend continuous madical appointments and the insurance company informed me that they cannot make me any reimbursement by the monney already paid by an entire year and in addition, they informed me that I must continue paying the vehicle until as much the insurance settles the account to the bank. I understand that this is not fair and that I need any help from you to solve this matter as soon as possible since I have lost many medical appointments beacuse I have no transportation.
