The contact owns a 2007 Acura Tl. The contact stated that he noticed that the battery would abnormally drain after as little as 48 hours of the vehicle having been driven. No warning lights were displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who initially determined that the bluetooth in the vehicle was draining the battery. Bluetooth was disabled, but the failure recurred. The contact has since replaced the battery twice within two months, each time with the same brand of battery. The vehicle has not been repaired. The manufacturer was notified, but a case was not opened. The failure mileage was 90,000.
