Front Air Bag Problems of Audi A4

I was headed north bound on the California 57 right before diamond bar blvd. When my car started to fish tail. I drove over to the shoulder lane and right as I merged over my back driver side tire snapped off taking half my wheel base with it leaving no way to put a spare tire on.

Involved in an mva on 1/11/2010 my vehicle struck in front bumper back to radiator support. Passenger airbag deployed drivers did not causing me to sustain many injuries. Person turned left into my vehicle at intersection both vehicles traveling approx. 25 to 30mph.

Was going about 40 mph and hit into a car that was making a left turn. The whole front end of the car is smashed in and still not one single air bag got deployed. It is an 2001 Audi A4 1. 8t. There is over 6 airbags in the vehicle and not one got deployed.

Affected vehicle: 2003 Audi A4 sedan. Air bag failure light remained on, no prior accident or event that caused the failure light to remain on. Had problem diagnosed by Audi dealership and it was found to be caused by a faulty airbag igniter in the steering wheel. : the contact stated while driving on the highway at 20-25 mph, the right and left front tires blew out for no reason causing the driver to hit a guard rail. The tires are the original tires sold on the vehicle. Neither air bag deployed. Prior to the accident, the tires were losing air and there was a squeaking noise coming from the tires. The dealership was alerted and put air in the tires. The tire information was unavailable. There was one person injured and there was a police report was taken. Updated 05/16/2006.

The passenger side arbag deployed unexpectedly while driving along at 40-45mph on a secondary road. There was no collision at the time and no evidence of potholes or road debris. The dealer scanned the computer and retrieved "crash data" and claimed that the airbag system worked as expected. They noted a small dent under the passenger side door column of the car which they claimed was caused by road debris and triggered the airbag system. They referred me to my insurance company. The insurance company adjuster examined the car and found no evidence of a collision - no dent or other damage that would cause the airbag to deploy. As a result, the entire airbag safety system in the car is disabled.

Consumer states during a frontal collison, none of the air bag deployed on impact.

After running over a pothole at 30mph passenger's side door airbag deployed. Dealer said this was normal.

While drivingthe abs braking systm which is activated malfunctioned, having no braking ability, and causing a frontal impact. The driver's and passenger's airbags did deploy but not all the way. Also, seatbelt tensioner malfunctioned, which did not hold properly the occupant, and occupant sustained a broken bone. Please provide further information.

Consumer states that a recall notice was received in October of 97. Owner scheduled an appointment to have recall repairs. Dealer informed the owner that the parts are not available (97v-175).
