Low beam headlights are dim and per dealership need to be replaced. This is a known issue with Cadillac. There was a class action lawsuit fir this issue. The cue touch system button's on the center are not responding/locked. I am not able to use gps, change the time or any of the settings on the menu. This is also a well known issue and has had a class action lawsuit. The dealership advised me that the rail control assembly and the both fromt headlamps need to be replaced. The total cost of repairs is $3,126. 95. Both is these are safety concerns. The headlights are so dim that I cannot see properly to drive the vehicle at night.

On inclined or hilly terrain the car rolls back even if in drive. Issue has not been resolved after three months. Cadillac regional manager said problem will not be fixed until 2014 model year. High potential exists for fatal accident if driver is directed to make a wrong turn into one-way street. Handheld gps units are very accurate; gm engineers must be directed to make a fix ASAP.
