Front Air Bag Problems of Chevrolet Avalanche

I had been noticing that there was a slight noise on the right front end of my 2007 Avalanche. I checked the undercarriage and didn't notice anything wrong. I had an oil change done and it came w/ a free tire rotation. The sound seemed to be gone after that , I can't be sure. The truck had approx. 12,000 miles on it. I was going to drop off some papers with a customer on oct. 6th when I heard the noise again. I was looking for the customer's tractor that we were repairing in the field and was slightly bothered by the sun so I put one of my hands up to block the sun. When I looked back at the road, I was in the wrong lane. I tried to correct and the vehicle accelerated on it's own! I applied the brakes but didn"t get the same response as before. I ended up in a concrete ditch. By the way, the airbag didn't deploy and the onstar didn't get help there either. I talked to gm and they kind of just brushed it off. I still have physical and emotional issues because of it.

No injuries. Airbag system flashing on and off on dashboard display intermittently. No particular pattern in driving conditions. Took to dealer and paid to have it fixed however after about 5 months it started again. Brought it in a second time and again after about 5 months started again. Dealer claimed it was bad wire and replaced but was also told airbags would not work if in a collision.

The contact's vehicle was involved in a crash. Upon impact neither of the front air bags deployed. The vehicle was pulling a trailer when the trailer hit a spot of ice. Then the vehicle went out of control and rolled over. A police report was taken at the scene. Both the driver and passenger sustained injuries. The manufacturer has not been contacted. The vehicle was involved in a rollover accident in which the vehicle rolled over three times yet neither air bag deployed. The dealer was notified. The consumer's wife applied the brakes but nothing happened, and steered to the right of the road to avoid hitting other vehicles. Scc.

I was changing lanes to pass a truck. As I completed the lane change, the back end continued to slide. I started to swerve left and right in my lane. As I passed the truck, my vehicle crossed over the right lane and hit the right the guardrail. I believe I hit the right rear of my vehicle twice on the guardrail. My vehicle then turned approximately 90 degrees counter-clockwise and headed straight into the concrete center divider. My vehicle bounced off the wall and ended up mostly in the right hand lane facing the traffic that was behind me. No airbag was deployed. The vehicle is classified as totaled by the insurance company.

While traveling at 15 mph vehicle slammed into side of another car. Upon impact, none of airbags deployed. Please provide any further information.
