The contacted stated that while driving 30 mph, the vehicle started making a rattling noise coming from the rear end of the vehicle. As time progressed, the rattling noise had changed to a banging noise. The contact also stated that while operating the vehicle at high speeds, the transmission will suddenly down shift to a lower gear.
