Several different instances I've had my parking brake release as soon as I go to move after being parked for a long period of time. (I never set my parking brake to begin with so I don't understand why it keeps telling me it's released) once it tells me it's been released, it's followed by a rough jersey of the car and then I'm able to move. Ever since I bought the car, there was a small shake. The dealer had to cover the front strut assemblies that were going out at the time of purchase; but since then the shake is unbelievable. I've put tires on, checked all parts of the chassis, and don't see any visible defects that would cause the shake. They have no answers or ideas of how to fix it for me. The faux metal ring around the cupholders on the center console has been cracking since the date of purchase and it finally caught on a cup and broke and has cut myself and my child several times. I had to end up ripping the trim off just to be able to use the cupholders. Lastly, the car seems like it's not gaining enough power sometimes. I keep up on services and general maintenance, and nothing seems to help. It sounds like the exhaust is leaking, and again, there are no visible defects when looking under the car.
Front right lower control arm w/o police right front wheel. Tpms system. This will be the second time I’ve had to replace the front lower control arm the tea pms system does not work abs traction control are off totally the same year of car make model everything was recalled to have this fixed but it was only with the police cars what makes you think that the ones that weren’t police cars didn’t have the same issue it cost $427. 20 to fix. I also understand that my vehicle you’re making model it’s not the only one having this issue of having to replace it over and over as far as electrical something keeps moving or coming on or off in the car it’s worn down to batteries it happens at any time he can walk by the car and making the noise. I have to keep replacing the print tires due to this all I know is that when you’re driving it more getting ready to turn it makes a loud crunching grinding noise it can happen at any time it’s getting harder to control the steering wheel.

I had this repaired once before and now it is doing it again. The stability and traction light are on and access brake system lights and tpms lights are on. It makes a grinding crunching dragging noise when turn the wheel. Sometimes so bad on the drag like its rubbing against something it almost stops the vehicle. As far as safety risks yes the dragging crunching sound stops the vehicle and if turning it sort of stalls you, no traction or stability. The warning lights reappeared about a month ago. Pep boys couldn't get the tpms system to work after replacing tires back in 2020 in Feb.
Q-what component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? a-suspension and steering effective. Any time I drive and make turns it makes like a clunking noise. You can actually feel it in the floor board. It's worse when you are driving down a not so smooth road. You can look at it as soon as possible. Q-how was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? a-control arm might snap causing you to lose control of my vehicle and crash into other drivers. Q-has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? a-firestone has inspected my car. Q-has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? a-no my vehicle has not. Q-were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? a-no warning signs of any kind. This started within the last month or two.

The car has been in the shop twice within 6 months having it. It was towed twice, once for transmission issues and having no power to it at all then it back in the shop for warning lights. I also had it in the shop for about an hour to have a new tire put on it after loosing air. It had to be towed back home for all the brakes being shot and I'm now having an issue with the rear left caliper having a slow leak, the rear left sway bar is also broken in half. The whole entire car has issues and the leasing company and dealership refuse to do anything to help along with not helping me get the payment down. After one thing gets fixed, another thing happens. The suspension is getting bad and has been like that since my fiance and I got the car. The dealership said everything was new and fixed. We had 2 kids in the car and their safety was put at risk as well as others that got in the car. The car is getting to be a death trap for me. The warning lights that were coming on were service stabilitrak, service brake assist, service trac control and service brake system. These were coming on after I had the car in the shop for the transmission issue. Those lights are now not coming on. My fiance and I were told by the dealership that the brakes were new, nothing mechanically wrong with the car and drives smoothly, this was said before we took the car for a test drive. We were there to buy a car but after we signed the papers, we were told it was a lease.
When turning left the wheel locks up as it would if the car were sliding on ice. The stability track alert comes on. It becomes a problem when I'm driving in busy traffic and turning at an intersection because it'll just lock up and not let me go, stopping me in the middle of the intersection.

Just bought car haven't had any recall maintenance checked by VIN.
At about 86,000 miles I began getting a grinding noise from the left front side the wheel seems to lock up associated with a grabbing that I can feel when turning the steering wheel to the left. When this happens the service stability trac and service trac control indicators sometime appear but not always. I took my car to a gm dealer locally a diagnostic performed said it was wheel hub assembly (bearings). Due to cost of dealer labor I took car to my local mechanic at his private garage. He performed a diagnostic and confirmed the assembly should be replaced. The assembly was replaced at my cost and has since been replaced twice more as warranty replacement because the mechanic thought the assemblies may have been defective, this after only a couple thousand miles or so on the replaced assembly. Typically, it happens at low speed, and mostly when turning left. It becomes a problem when I'm driving in busy traffic and turning at an intersection because it will just lock up and not let me go, stopping me in the middle of the intersection subjecting me to the possibility of being crashed into by other drivers. It is very frightening when this happens.
My oil keeps leaking out and I have to keep adding to it. Ive tried sealants but none of them work to stop it from leaking as well as a sushi in my dash.

Grinding from turning. Numerous radiators, transmission problems over and over. Jerking not pulling. Stalling in the road. Control arm needed again. Brakes and rotors grinding.
I was driving and a cop was behind me and he turned on his lights when I noticed his I tried to move into the right lane, and when I started to change lanes my driver wheel locked and it sounded as if I hit my brakes and the cop hit me my car spin out of control and I hit a tree.
The stabilitrak is making the car shake and act crazy. I'm barely in control of the car. There are thousands of more people having the same problem. The car reduces speed because of this issue. Many groups and blogs online about this. Why hasn't anything been done about this? no recalls or anything.
Just keeps showing warning signals a traction control. The front left strut cover is corroded which was told to me eventually the strep will come through there. Showing no signs of the fan working to cool the car down which then reads engine too hot turn off ac.
Back driver passenger door is stuck. Will not open at all, locks don't unlock most of the time and don't lock at all. Always have to lock manually. New starter replaced but still seems to not want to start. Knocking noise in dash. Front passenger heated seat doesn't work, when the heat button is pushed the light blinks and turns back off. Vents don't work well. And vehicle is stationary, in motion. . . Also when vehicle speeds up the music gets louder . .
Front right lower control arm w/o police right front wheel. Tpms system. This will be the second time I’ve had to replace the front lower control arm the tea pms system does not work abs traction control are off totally the same year of car make model everything was recalled to have this fixed but it was only with the police cars what makes you think that the ones that weren’t police cars didn’t have the same issue it cost $427. 20 to fix. I have to keep replacing the tires due to this all I know is that when you’re driving it more getting ready to turn it makes a loud crunching grinding noise it can happen at any time it’s getting harder to control the steering wheel. The cost of replacing the tires is ridiculous 2xs in a year or less. Gas let’s not even go there. Traction and stabilization always on along with brake assist and tpms front two tires stopped working. And once again it’s doing it. Not sure of exact date but before 2020.
We where coming home and heard a loud snap on my right side by the wheel and as we reduce speed the car starts to shake violently and the traction sensors went off the car reduced speed dangerously on the frw with traffic behind us and hard to steer. . . And moments after the car shut off.
Recently my car makes a pop or low clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel to the left. I've looked into and see there was a recall on the model in 2012 but I haven't found any records of my car being repaired. I want to know if my car can possible be repaired since the recall falls in line with a previous recall. It happens when I turn almost full to the left while in motion, whether I go forward or back it makes the noise. I want to know if I can get this repaired for free. The car has been doing this since June 2019 and I've owned it since may 2016. I haven't tried to get it fixed myself due to funds and I'm worried something dangerous may happen and I have a kid, so I want to be safe. I also want to know if it was ever repaired for the first recall.
Days after purchasing my 2013 chevy Impala ltz 2 years ago from first car in bakersfield I have had nothing but problems with it. As I would drive it , it started to automaticly brake on its own and lose traction speed. Blows white smoke all the time it is running even when parked. I have major problem when driving the car shakes slot. I have spent approximately $5000 in repairs and no improvement what so ever!.
When turning left the vehicle makes a grinding noise and the warning light to service stabilitrak, service traction control, and service abs come on. This is more noticeable at low speeds or when turning from a stopped position. The vehicle also shakes when accelerating or maintaining any sleek greater than 25mph. The shake is most noticeable between 45-60mph, and becomes less noticeable between 61-70mph.
My vehicle experiences an engine power is reduced message in addition to losing capability of driving faster than 40 mph likely as a result of a common fault by the manufacturer.
Tl- the contact reported about a 2011 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that the vehicle was brought into the independent mechanic shop, for a failure that felt like a flat tire. The technician diagnosed that the rear suspension adjustable lateral link came apart, without warning. The technician replaced the part with an after market part and the failure recurred. The dealer was not called and the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 125,000. Fe.
I was driving down the road with my child and my service stabilitract and abs light came on and when I went to turn all u heard was a grinding noise and the wheel like locked up and wouldn't let me turn until like 5 seconds later almost causing me and my kids to get hit into a really terrible wreck with cars coming at us at 55 mph.
'takata recall' no acceleration after 2rpm.
