Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that all for tires and the rear struts on the vehicle needed to be replaced. The contact came back from a trip and found the left rear tire flat. The contact tried to fill the tire with air and found the wiring coming out of the tire. The contact took the vehicle to the manufacturer of the tires and was told that the rear struts were faulty and needed to be replaced. The contact was told by the dealer that the vehicle had the heavier super duty police suspension and this caused the failure. The contact spoke with the manufacturer and was told the vehicle did not have the same heavy duty police suspension. The contact is concerned because of the low mileage at the time of the strut failure. The failure mileage was 32,366 and the current mileage was 32,591. Rl.
