No special events leading to failure. At approximately 30000 miles, the 4x4 shift actuator failed during extreme snow conditions, causing vehicle to become stranded on highway. Shift actuator replaced with genuine gm part at dealership. Note: per dealer, shift actuator is not covered by either gm warranty or the extended warranty on drivetrain and axle. It was called a "normal wear" item. General motors has not responded to emails or phone calls regarding this vehicle.

Vehicle vibrates badly between the speeds of 45-55 mph have taken vehicle back five times dealer has worked on it twice replacing the tires, with same brand once still no improvement same problem still exists. Gm advises me to call dealer, dealer advises me to call gm. Please help.

Ball joints are loose when installed. Reported by dealer to be within chevy specs. The same problem with the tie rod ends. Cant keep the alignment right with this spec. Dealer will not warranty.
At 35mph axle snapped. , causing vehicle to pull to left. Cause unknown. Dealer notified.
