Their is a recall on vehicles of the same model for the windshield wiper problems, but this vehicle is not included. Dealer has not been contacted.

Consumer state while using windshield wiper without any indication wiper would stop working consumer would have to tap windshield wiper motor box to return to normal use. Please provide further information.

Windshield wipers stopped operating during inclement weather. Dealer informed the consumer that repairs would be made at consumer's expense. Consumer was not willing to pay for a manufacturing defect. Dealer did not inform the consumer of what had to be replaced or repaired.
