The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The contact stated that while driving at slower speeds, the vehicle hesitated to accelerate while the accelerator pedal was depressed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed with a valve body failure. The vehicle was left with the local dealer for repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 113,000.
