Tl the contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30-35 mph, the vehicle failed to shift gears correctly. The vehicle was taken to sherrell Chevrolet inc; (2258 n 1st st, hermiston, or 97838, (541) 567-6487) where the mechanic cleaned the transmission sensor and the fuel injectors however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer to be diagnosed. The mechanic stated that the vehicle needed to be seen by a specialist from Chevrolet. The contact stated that the dealer reassembled the transmission however, the transmission failure worsened. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000.
