3 Brake Disc Rotor problem of the 2006 Chrysler 300

Failure Date: 06/12/2009

The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300. While driving approximately 65 mph, the vehicle and steering wheel vibrated excessively when the brakes were applied. In addition, the front end began to shimmy and the contact experienced difficulty steering the vehicle. The dealer stated that the front and rear rotors were warped. The contact was strongly advised to replace the front and rear brake pads and rotors. The vehicle has not been repaired due to the unavailability of the parts that were ordered. I took my car to the dealer to find out why I had these big grooves in my rotors and a grinding noise and they have 2 bulletins out on the brake problem but would not fix them due to car being past 12,000 miles. These brakes could be faulty the vehicle is a 300 srt /I took it to a brake specialist and they told me they were defective and now the dealer wont fix them because the car has 16,000 miles on it. These cars brakes could lead to safety problems if not recalled.
