Electronic stability control/ abs light/ brake light. . While driving the esc and abs popped on together, after cranking back up the vehicles brake light appeared, something is stopping the vehicle from driving normal. Upon stopping at red lights the car jerks, also it skids when making left and right hand turns. The car revs when accelerating but the rpms are reduced as if in limp mode. The car is very dangerous to drive especially two lane highways it gravitated towards the ditch this time I just could turn the wheel, because sometimes the wheel is very hard to turn.

The service electronic stability control and service abs brake system lights are on in 2015 Chrysler 300 sport.
The abs, traction control and parking brake light will all simultaneously and randomly illuminate and disappear. I have not had any physical issue with the brake or control of the car. I saw there was a recall back in 2012 for this possible situation but I am not sure if it is the same or if my vehicle was ever recalled. I have had the car for almost 4 years. This issue seems to be very sporadic. While stationary and driving. Sometimes I will turn the car on and it will be there. Sometimes it wont. It has happened over the last 2 years. I live where it snows and only drive this car in the warm weather months so I have yet to look into it.

Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the abs warning light stayed lit after a manufacturer recall which did not remedy the failure. The alternator assembly was replaced by the dealer for a manufacturer recall and months later, the abs warning light flashed randomly and then as the failure progressed it stayed lit. The contact stated that upon making a turn, the abs brake light flashed. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer for further inspection and diagnosis. The contact was not experiencing any failures until the two recall repairs were received from the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was not available. Dyd.
On morning of 10/24/14 when vehicle was started a message came on stating "battery saving mode" looked at manual there was no instructions as to what that meant. Then the vehicle was driven, while driving the rpm indicator would move up on its own and then the brake light, traction and abs warning light came on and stayed on. After the warning came on the car despite pressing on gas pedal would not accelerate then a rattling noise came on so I quickly proceeded to attempt to exit the interstate freeway. As I tried to do that the steering started locking up, I had to push very hard on the brake to slow the car down and stop it. The vehicle completely shut off, unable to turn on or operate anything. The vehicle could not be jump started. When the vehicle was towed to the Chrysler dealership they were unable to charge up the battery and now they believe an alternator failure may be the reason for the engine to stall.
I came to a stop at a four way intersection. I accelerated to turn at about 5mph instead of the car turning the steering locked up for about 1-2 seconds. Then drove normal until I got to my destination which was a few minutes away & turned the car off. I got off the car & went into the store. Went I finished shopping I returned to the car & tried to start it up. It would not start & steering wheel & brakes were locked. The power steering light, stability control & brake lights would blink & say service engine. About an hour into this I tried to turn the car on. It turned on but the steering wheel was barley turnable I tried to move it a few inches. For the wrecker service personal once I moved it the cars steering was back to normal & working. I plan on taking it to the Dodge dealership tomorrow morning. I just really hope this does not happen again while driving at a high speed.

I was driving about 35 mph, when a message pop up saying the car was operating on reserve battery power, abs/esc, lights came on followed by the brake lights, car then lost power, I was able to steer to a safe location. I bought a $200. Battery, the car is still dead, call the dealer, but have not took it down yet.
While driving home from work the brake light illuminated, when I applied the brake the pedal nearly went to the floor. I drove home and after later inspection I found the brake reservoir was empty. I filled the brake reservoir with fluid and took the car for a test ride. When I applied the brakes the pedal went to the floor (the car had a small amount of braking). I drove it to a repair shop and the mechanic inspected the brake system and discovered the right rear brake line was riding the frame which caused hole that left me with no fluid/brakes. At this time can"t find a recall. Thank you.
