Rotors are warped per maintenance check which I believe is from the emergency breaking. 43400 miles from leisurely driving and brake pads are still good. When I'm driving downhill and apply breaks, car starts to vibrate. Then at times of high speed of 70-75 the blind spot warning light comes on and the side sensors stay on until I come to a complete stop.

The anti lock break and electronic stability control lights come on. When this happens speed control is deactivated. According to the dealership, it is an issue with the sensors, as I have had two of these replaced over the past 6 months. My account manager made the comment to just "replace" all of them as this is a regular problem. The cost is excessive, coming in at $400 per sensor. The lights have now come on a 3rd time, so the account manager was right. The date was August 26, 2020. The car has less than 60,000 miles, so I am beyond frustrated.

Adaptive cruise control frequently fails to work as designed. Vehicle will frequently fail to detect vehicles (in all conditions, and all different types of vehicles) in front of it and not only fail to slow or stop, but instead accelerates. This has required manual braking multiple times to try and stop in time. Additionally the adaptive cruise fails to recognize cars in its lane and will randomly panic brake when there is no vehicle in the lane, it appears picking up a vehicle in the next lane over. This occurs on straight roads as well as curved, with flat as well as varied elevation. Lastly, vehicle threw 3 codes for transmission sensors as well as egr (u0402, u0402pd, and p1dd2) while casually driving. This caused the check engine light to come on as well as vehicle to go into limp mode. This caused a dangerous incident while trying to pass a vehicle. Vehicle is in shop for issue on 4/26.

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16v352000 (air bags); however, the parts for the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. While driving approximately 25 mph and attempting to make a left turn, the vehicle would not turn. The vehicle began to accelerate without warning. The contact depressed the brake pedal; however, the brake pedal was locked. The accelerator pedal floored automatically without any contact. The contact attempted to apply the emergency brake; however, it failed. The contact turned the vehicle off and continued to steer until it came to a slow stop. The contact restarted the vehicle, placed the gear in park with the emergency brake applied, and the vehicle idled at high levels. The contact made another attempt; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that the oxygen sensor warning light was illuminated and the air bag warning light was illuminated. The contact informed the dealer; however, the vehicle had not been diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure or issue. The approximate failure mileage was 140,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

My car is a lemon and I want to be refunded, either a new car or my $25,000 cash that I paid for the car in 2010. Now my car is being recalled for dangerous air bags!!! also all of my tire pressure sensors are defective. My car's brakes are warped! on a highway in motion my brakes make noise and the steering wheel shakes! the tire pressure sensor light stays on and doesn't go out on the dashboard.

When slamming on the brakes to avoid an accident the abs does not engage. The tires lockup the car slides, but thankfully it stopped before hitting the other car. This has to be a faulty abs system because I have replaced all the abs sensors. Po.
