The vehicle's lcd screen has become delaminated which causes the control of the radio, air conditioning, navigation, and other features controlled by the "radio" portion of the car to become dysfunctional. The car will randomly beep, change air temperatures, start navigation, cause the loss of hands-free communication. This is a safety hazard as it causes the driver to be distracted in order to attend to the incessant beeping and issues related to ac/heat, navigation or radio (volume, etc. ). This appears from Chrysler forums to be an issue among a large group of Chrysler 300 year model 2018 owners. I am encouraging them to file a concern with your group and to ask for a recall of the car for this reason.

My fuel gage is now not operating correctly. I have filled the tank up over 3 times and it only shows 3/4 of a tank.
It is obvious that this 2019 Chrysler 300 has the defects that a recall was issued by the nhsta about. My electrical systems have malfunctioned multiple times causing the vehicle to lock up and die in traffic. The power steering would go out. The car wouldn’t want to shift. Anything and everything that could read information out wrong was going off. The check engine light. The brake system. Transmission. Etc. Just everything was lit up on the dash. The car would lock and unlock on its own. The windshield wipers would come on and turn off by themselves. The transmission is electric too, and it would want to lock up when you tried to shift it to park. This car has truly been a nightmare for me. I was the second owner. It was sold to me by crain Ford of little rock. I was never told anything about any recall.

The vehicle components started failing first with lighting and electrical malfunctions. Due to the concerns I was on the way to the mechanic on 9/16/23 when the air bags deployed on the passengers side without any impact. The vehicle is at Chrysler dealer on central avenue albany, NY and available for inspection. I had just dropped off my grandchildren this could have severely had a horrible impact had they been in car. Not to mention it scared me, I was not sure what was happening. I was scared to get back in the car. I was driving on interstate this is scary for anyone driving with no visibility. Chrysler currently has the vehicle since 9/19/23. I have reached out to dealer and Chrysler corporate office with no result. They always say they will get back to me. Unless I reach out they do not respond. Claim # 87602057 with Chrysler corporation. They vehicle has been inspected by manufacturer james brozovich on 10/26/23 works with bosch automotive service solutions work #(734)979-5827 cell # (586)215-8547. The radio would blink in and out and if radio worked headlights did not work. If headlights worked radio and dashboard light did not work. Air bag light and engine light came on one time when on the way to the shop. Vehicle was on the way to shop due to electrical concerns.

I have replaced the bad blend door actuators multiple times on each side of the dashboard, due to the unbearable clicking noise within the dashboard and not letting the ventilation systems change directions in the vehicle.

I’ve been reading about the issues regarding the lights exterior/interior-so many customer complaints about how over the past few decades problems with the interior (dash) and exterior lights blinking, dimming & “ completely going out” while of course driving-how hasn’t this major issue been addressed & recalled, this is a very dangerous & serious problem, I am currently experiencing this while on the road at night-what can be done? our safety is at risk!!.

I was sitting at a stop light waiting to make a left turn when the electrical power steering randomly failed. This issue made it near impossible to turn the car and caused me to almost crash into a light pole when I tried to make the left turn. I then made an attempt to turn into a parking lot to get off the road almost causing me to wreck the car a second time. I have been told by multiple mechanics that this electrical power steering failure is not a common issue with newer vehicles. I want to submit this claim to make it known this make and model has this issue.
