Steering would make loud noises when turning and would jerk vehicle. Took vehicle to mechanic, and was informed that it was the ball joints which were rusted and were replaced.
The suspension control arm failed.
There is a recall on my ball joints & mine are bad they also caused my tire to wear very thin which caused them to go flat I called chry. They said there recall had no previsions on tires with bad wear because of ball joint.
The vehicle ball joint and lateral control arm had failed and the consumer wants reimbursment of repair cost.
Knocking in front right/ mechanic said it was ball joint/that was repaired /knock is still there/ now he says it is the strut.
While turning in either direction vehicle made a clicking noise. Vehicle was taken to the dealer, who discovered that right front control arm was loose.
Front ball joints broke while driving cause unknown. Please give any further details.
