1 Coolant Leaking problem

Failure Date: 02/05/2019

Excessive oil consumption with this 3. 5 liter v6 engine. One quart of 10w30 mobil 1 is lost every 400 to 500 miles. No leaks, no blue smoke, no drops in driveway or street. Coolant color is fine, no contamination and remains at same level.

2 Coolant Leaking problem

Failure Date: 10/27/2011

My engine coolant has been leaking and caused my car to over heat since it wasnt noticed. No steam came out of the car to alert me that it was running hot while driving. My car just automatically shut down and would not crank back up. Once looking under the hood I saw there was no coolant and how it had been leaking around the valve. I replaced the coolant then went into have my car serviced every 3 mths as usual. The mechanic tells me that hes noticed several Chargers with the same coolant leak in the valves. This sounds like a defect to me.
