Navigational (global Positioning System) Gps Problems of Dodge Charger

Uconnect navigation inaccurately shows location. Randomly, without explanation or action the gps location will be off set and never return correctly. System will also freeze while driving or will not turn off when the car is stopped and door is opened. This affects all uconnect features (phone, back up cam, radio). The incidents occur while the vehicle is both stationery and in motion. According to uconnect representatives, the only sure way to fix the issue is to totally replace the radio. System is supposed to assist in emergency situations to alert safety personnel; assist with road information for safe driving and arrival, and provide accurate storm information, but cannot as it is inaccurate without a fix besides replacement. The dealerships blame uconnect and refuse to perform work. However, uconnect refers customers to the dealerships as they cannot fix anything.
