1 Adas problem of the 2024 Ford Expedition

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Expedition. The contact stated while driving 75 mph, the messages "pre-collision assist not available", "front camera default -service required", "lane merge default", "check parking sensors", "blind spot system fault", "cross traffic system failure", and "normal cruise control active - adaptive braking off" were displayed. The contact stated that a large red warning box appeared stating 'resume control" and the brakes were applied independently, causing the vehicle to come to an abrupt stop. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the contact was informed that a software update would be released in October, and the vehicle was released. The vehicle was taken to two dealers ; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed, but the system was reset. The contact stated that the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
