1 Brake Antilock Control Unit/module problem of the 2005 Ford F-350

Failure Date: 06/20/2005

2005 f350 with the tow command option. No trailer brakes below 20 mph. Ford has since updated their control unit to a March version which has address this problem. Ford refuses to up date the early trucks unless the owner pays for the new control unit and installation. This is clearly a safety issue. I barely avoided an accident this past summer, while pulling my 5th wheel trailer. I needed to make an emergency stop while in traffic and did not have trailer brakes.
