Fuel Pump Problems of Ford F-350

The 6. 4 l diesel fuel system is equipped with a two filter and fuel/water separator system for the purpose of filtering contaminates, including water, which obviously failed and consequently caused damage to the high pressure fuel pump. All services had been performed at the Ford dealership to include the fuel filters. Ford seems to be placing the blame on contaminated fuel as the cause for the high pressure fuel pump failure when there is a high probability that it is a defect in the filtering system.

Due to a defective fuel pump vehicle stalls unexpectedly which may result in a crash. Also, in cold climate vehicle have a no start condition. Please provide further information.
