While I was driving the power steering completely shut down and locked up like crazy. This car only has 60k miles on it. I talked to the dealership and they say they have seen this happen with Ford Fusions with less than 20k miles and it has been quite a problem. I also looked it up, and there are a lot of us that have had this happen with low miles and low years of ownership. This is such an issue that Ford doesn't even replace it with the same part and has a revision they are installing.
