After 5 years, head gasket leak into cylinder. Ford has acknowledged through several TSB's on this known issue. Ford has put out a customer satisfaction program to change computer setting to prevent this damage from occurring. This covers 2014-2017 Fusion models with 1. 5l engines, however they left out some VIN numbers that the didn't think would have this issue. Mine has the exact issue as described in their TSB's and program. They didn't notify everyone which caused the damaged head gasket. They are not offering to warranty their defect and the damage done from that defect.
