Takata recall my 2009 Mustang recently had a repaired driver side airbag. From the takata court docs it looks like a passenger front airbag is coming. My car is due for a state inspection but wont pass because of an airbag dash light. After research I found a Ford TSB 10-23-8 that shows this year vehicle has driver and passenger side air bag issues also and a symptom is the dash warning light and cde 23. I cant drive my car since its rejected but id like more research into this TSB to see if a recall is waranted. Dealer wants to charge $600 to replace each side. $1200 total. I feel this is a public safety issue and should be remedied by Ford. Help. . .

Highway crash at 75 mph. The Mustang hit a vehicle that jumped the median . No airbag deployment . I never had a warning light or any indication that the srs system was at fault . This Mustang had a full frontal impact . I did contact Ford about this issue and I was told { you can't afford to litigate a case against us } I would have to prove that if the airbags did deploy my injury's would of been less serious . I did brake my neck from the impact . I'm sure the airbag would have helped me. . .
Air bag warning light remains illuminated indicating a malfunction within the system. Dealer has been notified, cause has not been determined. Please give any further details.
