Engine Rattling And Whining Sounds Problems of Ford Ranger

When I start the car, it makes a rattle noise and when the engine warms up, it goes away, but every time I accelerate, you can hear the rattle again and when I remove my foot from the acceleration pedal, the rattle goes away and like that every time I accelerate. I took the car to the dealer and explained them about the noise and later that day, they called and told that in the 2019 and 2020 Ford Ranger, the engine came with a noise and it's normal in the engine, that they were told by Ford not to attempt to fix it because the noise is part of the engine. It does not sound right and if in the future I want to sell I probably wouldn't because of the noise. If they have to replace the engine I'm okay with it, but I want that rattle noise out of my truck.

There is a long whining noise before it shifts does this every time when accelerating rather it be at stop light or slowing down before accelerating again. I have driven loaners exact model and it did not do it but in mine it did. It is a issue if it is doing in one vehicle and not the other.

The contact owns a 2004 Ford Ranger. While driving less than 40 mph, the contact stated that there seemed to be water in the fuel tank. He heard a rattling noise and the engine failed. Took truck into dealer for first oil change and was informed that Ford was replacing the 4. 0 because of rattling noise in lower end. 2nd motor would miss and foul plugs every 2 or 3 thousand miles so they finally replaced it with a 2000 model 4. 0l and this seemed to solve the problem until recently when the very loud rattling noise returned. I've taken it to the local dealer where I live now and he confirmed the noise but Ford won't respond to his enquiry about it. It sounds just like it did with the original motor and now its out of warranty!.
