Consumer was pulling vehicle inside of a driveway and front tire hit against the curb. Driver's and passenger's airbags deployed. Dealership was aware of problem.

I was hit by a semi truck who rad a red light on a two way hwy the passenger side was turned off. He hit the passenger side and there was hardly anything left of the front of the truck and he was going over 55 mph and my airbag didn't go off. I notified Ford by email and they were not concerned said there wasnothing was.

Air bag non-deployment- low impact collision.

Vehicle was going 65mph set on cruise control. Vehicle struck a horse which totaled vehicle. Upon impact, air bag didn't deploy. Fornthe was notified. Please provide more information.

While driving 5 mph another vehicle driving 4o mph hit consumer's vehicle on front end. Upon impact, neither airbag deployed. Vehicle was totalled, consumer suffered minor injuries.

While driving 45 mph consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle. Upon impact, neither airbag deployed. Both, driver and passenger sustained injuries, including broken ribs/ neck injuries/ cuts and bruises. Driver hit steering wheel while passenger hit windshield. Vehicle was totalled.

Consumer was parking vehicle and slowly rolled into vehicle in front. Upon impact, both airbags deployed and broke consumer's glasses. Dealer refused to replace airbags under warranty. No damage to vehicle.

While travelling on interstate 25 northbound near albuquerque, rear axle broke on the right rear of the vehicle. Right rear wheel with wheel & part of axle separated, causing multiple rollover of the vehicle. Driver was severely injured and the truck was totalled. No air bags deployed in the vehicle although there was significant front end impact on the driver's side of the vehicle.

While traveling at approximately 35 to 40 mph another vehicle pulled out in front of consumer's vehicle, resulting in a crash. Neither frontal air bag deployed. Front frame bent, and the oil pan cracked. Dealership was currently in possession of vehicle, and no determination has been made for cause of defect. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Consumer's husband had a head-on collison and passenger's seat belt failed to deploy.

While pulling out of a parking space both air bags deployed for unknown reason. Dealer notified.

Crash involved my vehicle striking another vehicle which had turned into my path to make a left turn at a lighted intersection. Police determined that other driver was at fault. Other vehicle (a vw jetta) was struck in the side, yet both airbags deployed. My vehicle was struck in the front with sufficient force to break front axle, yet neither airbag deployed. I contacted dealer who referred me to their 1-800 customer hotline, who then referred me back to dealer to pursue technical problems such as this. Therefore, I'm now contacting you.

While traveling on a steep incline at 20 mph passenger's air bag fell into the lap of passenger; dealer notified, and reinstalled air bag. Please feel free to provide any further details.

Having heard so much about the safety of airbags I was very surprised not to have either of the airbags in my truck deploy when I was involved in the traffic accident on 6/21/00. I was traveling between 40 and 45 mph when someone pulled out, from a stop sign, directly in front of me. I was unable to react, it happened so quickly. The other driver was sited by a police that witnessed the accident.

While driving up hwy 20 in town I had the front right tire/rim/brake assembly separate from the axle causing the vehicle to collide with a rock in the side of the hill. Hitting the rock had sent me back into the highway on the vehicles two left tires. Both airbags had deployed and when the vehicle came to a halt on all three tires I got out of the truck to find the right front tire/rim/brake assembly approximately 15 feet behind the vehicle. I now own a three wheeler that Ford or the dealership will not admit that there was some sort of a flaw or defect.

While driving at about 55 mph a deer came out on the highway, consumer hit brakes, slid down highway a little, but didn't hit the deer or anything else. However, both passenger's and driver's airbags deployed. Consumer felt that airbags shouldn't have deployed. If in traffic, it would have caused a very bad chain reaction, resulting in injuries.

Consumer was traveling about 30mph and rearended another vehicle, then was also rearended. Upon impact, airbags didn't deploy. Dealer was contacted & would notify others of the incident.

Consumer was traveling about 70mph on the highway and steering: spindle: knuckle came off, lost control of vehicle, and side swiped another vehicle. Upon impact, dual airbags did deploy. One injury was sustained.

Consumer was traveling about 40mph when another vehicle on a side street going straight across, cut the consumer off. Consumer hit the other vehicle on driver's side. Upon impact, the seat belts didn't lock & the airbags didn't deploy. Consumer's jaw was banged up,and the passengers arm was broken in 4 different places. Dealer is investigating.

While driving on a two lane rural route, traveling 10mph a der ran out in front, vehicle swerved to avoid hitting the deer, and hit a tree instead. Upon impact, neither airbags deployed. Contacted dealer.

Daughter was driving truck lost control on snow covered road, approx. Speed:40-55 mph. Wrecked, went off road into deep ditch, hit hill, truck went up in air, almost flipping, came back down flattened tires on drivers side, flipped back out in road, spun around and back in same ditch on passengers side headed up the road. Airbags on niether side deployed. Injuries head, neck shoulder, hip, upper& lower back. Contacted Ford motor, sent truck to dealer to chek data on module. Statment was signed to give copy of report to me & not to earase any data. Sso far all I recieved was a letter from Ford motor saying nothing was wrong with airbags.

Airbags deployed unexpectedly while driving. Dealer has inspected vehicle, and manufcturer has been notified.

Vehicle was involved in a minor collision. Upon impact, airbags deployed, injuring the driver. Dealer and manufacturer have been notified.

Vehicle was involved in a bumper collision at 5 or less mph. Upon impact, both air bags deployed and started to burn, causing burns on left inner forearm and wrist areas. Dealer / manufacturer were not contacted at this time.
